Compactor Storage System:-Providing & Fixing Compactor Storage unit of ht 1980mm. The side, back &top of the box is made 20gauges. Prime quality CRCA sheets. The body has independent precision punches slotted strips welded at corners to support the shelves to ensure flexibility in adjusting the height of the shelves. Shelves are made of 20 gauge mm thick prime quantity mild steel having 8 folds each designed to carry UDL of 60 kgs. The shelf is flexed to the compactor body by means of a support bracket, which facilitates adjustment of shelf as 25mm pitch. System is provided with centralized locking arrangement on the last unit when all the units are brought together, central lock when operated gets locked with the plate which is welded to the rail and does not allow access to the units. The compactors shall consist of single face static unit at one end and double face mobile unit in middle and single face mobile unit at other end with extension of pair of rail for movement of mobile units.

The Undercarriage should be a welded frame made of high resistance sheet 3.0 mm along with complete good quality hardware like eye bracket, guide bracket bearing –Guide bolts and moving track should be combination of 3mm sheet and straight bar 25mm square.
